The original owners of Gotzinger migrated to Australia in early 1908 and opened a smallgoods factory in Burleigh on the Gold Coast.
The business was sold in 2000 to Antony van der Drift. Antony had been involved in the Smallgoods industry his entire adult life, with his father owning one of the Australia’s largest smallgoods companies, Hans Smallgoods.
Gotzinger ONLY use the best ingredients and the finest cuts of pork for sausage. We are proud of the BEST quality of Gotzinger sausages, with free of MSG and high content of Pork (range from 73% to 94% of pork).
